Carnival Conquest

What started this new found "hobby" of ours. On a cold, rainy day in January we boarded the Carnival Conquest ship out of Galveston, TX. I was doubting the season we had chosen to cruise in, fearing the weather would remain frigid. Thankfully I was wrong. We arrived in Montego Bay Jamaica where it was 85 and sunny. Our planned excursion was to ride horses through the ocean, which was by far one of the coolest things we'd ever done!
Grand Cayman was our next port a day later. This is still to this day my favorite port. Such a lovely island. We planned a kayaking adventure that took us out to the ocean where we snorkeled.
Our last port was Cozumel- what a fun place to walk around and shop. They are known for their Vanilla Extract. It's very good and inexpensive so pick some up if you happen to go there.
7 days of cruising convinced me that we were not done. So we returned home and booked 2 more cruises for the up coming year. And so our adventures began.
